SIT. MEDITATE. UNWIND.
Come take a sit! Hosted every Thursday morning at 7am, we begin with 30 minutes of lightly guided meditation, followed with a brief group chat, and a small social gathering to get to know your fellow neighbors and classmates.
Leslie is trained in compassion meditation instructor. She loves to bring in calming elements of sound and vibration into her practice with students. She loves hosting in her home, as she feels it brings an intimate setting and safe space to students.
